Disappointing for the price you pay

Great view overlooking the ski fields

No room cleaning was done at all for the 6 nights we stayed. Towels are the size of hand towels, I'm not sure how you're meant to dry with something so small. No rubbish bags were given, no dishes soap or sponge, no instructions on facilities at the property and surrounding. Very poor cleaning even on check-in day.

Phoenix ski park is a great getaway. The property is located perfectly at the bottom of the slope. Would probably stay a

Proximity to skiing and all amenities is the best part.

The original room booked was very filthy and the bathroom was not cleaned. The property was nice to find us a new room but the experience definitely dampened our stay.

We stayed in Royal Suite, very spacious and clean.

Initially we were given an old unit with bad smell. Check in staff were helpful and changed the unit for us.

Great location, but a little hard on the back.

It is very well located, just off the piste.

The beds are very hard and when you sleep on futons, expect them to be hard as well. There is a limit supply of towels and they are small. The hotel clearly caters for families who eat in their hotel room, not many dinner options available.

We will be back next year;-)

The ideal place for a winter/skiing holiday nearby the ski slopes of the Phoenix resort. CU and bakery within the premises offer a good deal of consumption and travelling items. The floor and room we stayed in this time was nicely re-decorated in a stylish manner with good room comfort.

Too little elevators for such a big hotel/resort facility ending up in long waiting time, especially at the check in/check-out hours.

location in phoenix resort. great because we don’t have a car. we are beginner skier so good to have non skiing options like snow village and the blue lagoon. super fun.

Staff not responsive when I was trying to get information before I arrived. shuttle is useless and they left our group of 15 at train station. we stayed at the phoenix condos. it’s a bit old and rundown. note that only one bedroom has “real” beds. all the rest have ondol

Very good location to snow park.

Towels provided are so small, smaller than face towel. Should have been more upfront to state no towel or small towel only, I’d have brought some myself. Tatami mattress way too thin and uncomfortable. also one of the party got bitten all over the back, likely from the mattress

The location was very good for travel and other activities. The view as great. The room was big with 2 bathrooms. Great stay for big family.

The place we stay was the Green tower. The hallway carpets of the floor we stay was too old and dirty(?). We arrive around 10pm but surprisingly the door of our room was open(not closed) so we were surprised and thought it was the wrong room. The door it self maybe was old that it need some strength to close tightly. The bed for ondol(sleeping on the floor) was too thin so it was uncomfortable.
